Have you ever noticed those people who just walk into a room & own it?
They aren't necessarily the tallest, best-dressed, or even the best looking people. Sometimes people just have that 'it' factor and on the surface, there doesn't seem to be much reason as to why. All you know is, when they walk into a room, heads turn.
I used to think this elusive charisma and invisible attracting energy was something people were simply born with -- something you either had or you didn't.
While this might hold true for some people, I now know that lots of people have actually learned how to be this way through experience and over time.

And I'm going to share with you how.
Last week I attended an event called 'Red Diamond Presence', hosted by Her Confidence founder Selena Sandhu, and runway model Taaja Kayler. Prior to the event, I assumed we would be doing some deep inner work to boost and lift our confidence -- in the end, I was quite surprised by what they had in store for us.
Who knew that learning how to posture your body properly (and walk like a model for the ladies) could be just as effective a confidence-booster as hours of self-work?
I'm going to share the one-minute tricks I learned that can super-boost the confidence of either sex, as well as some feminine-specific ones.

Alrighty, here you go...
1-minute tricks to super boost your confidence:
#1 Sit up straight!Roll your shoulders up, down & back so they are nice and straight; feel the confidence as you do so.
#2 Power pose.Open your arms wide, look up, smile & say 'I am great!'; notice how you feel.
#3 Breathe deep.As you inhale imagine energy running up your spine from the base of your body to your head. As you exhale, imagine that energy running down the front of your body back to the base. Continue this pattern, moving energy in a circular motion, with deep inhales & exhales the whole time. Feel your energy & vibration rise.
#4 Combine any of the above movements with powerful affirmations.It's important to make sure that the affirmations you use feel really good to you personally, and they aren't just something you say because someone else told you it was a good affirmation. For myself, one that really resonate with me personally is 'I am a confident & successful business-woman, shining greater light, love & compassion in the world'.
#5 Breathe deep (with some added Kiegel exercises).Breathe in as you flex your kiegel muscles and imagine energy running up your spine from the base of your body to your head. As you exhale, imagine that energy coming back down your front to the base of your body. Continue breathing and moving energy in a circular motion at least 10x in a row.
#6 Hip movement.This works great as you're getting ready to go out. Put on some fun music you love, and move your hips in either a figure 8 motion or in circles. You can also practice loosening up and swinging your hips more when you are walking.
Greater hip movement while walking is one of the techniques we learned at the Her Confidence event last week and I've been practicing it all week -- not only have I found that it turns heads and has magnetized more people towards me (both male & female), it also feels really good and does wonders in boosting your confidence!
#7 Pelvis forward. Try this out when you walk and see how it feels. Typically women walk with their pelvis tucked in, and this tends to happens naturally when we wear heeled shoes.
Ladies - our greatest source of power, confidence & attraction lies in our pelvis. It's about moving our bodies so that we may use our sexual energy as a source of power & attracting our desires, not for seduction, manipulation, or physical attention.
